For the Spring 2024 semester, the amount of these fees will be credited back to the student’s account and applied to any outstanding balance. If the balance has already been paid in full, a refund will be issued to reflect the credit.
For classes starting on Jan. 17, 2024, the Fee Elimination Credit will be applied starting the week of Feb. 6. Any eligible refunds will be issued that week following normal refund procedures.
For classes beginning the second 8 weeks of the semester, the Fee Elimination Credit will be applied starting the week of March 18. Any eligible refunds will be issued that week, following normal refund procedures. Title IV refunds will be issued the week of April 1.
If you would like to deduct the amount of the four fees that will be credited, payment can be made for the lesser amount.
The balance on your payment plan will be adjusted when the credit is issued.
