Physical Education

Physical Education is coursework that promotes overall health in a science-based curriculum.  Coursework includes team and individual spots instruction as well as overall fitness regimes, including circuit training and weight training.  Because Physical Education emphasizes overall health, coursework can also include nutrition and holistic wellness, including incorporating yoga, tai chi and meditation programs.

Students pursuing degrees at Kishwaukee College may use a maximum of 4 credit hours of Physical Education activity courses to fulfill graduation credit hour requirements. See your academic advisor/counselor for specific graduation requirements.
