Student Trustee Election
Want to represent your peers as the voice of the Kishwaukee College student body?
The Student Trustee represents Kishwaukee students on the College’s Board of Trustees.
The Illinois Community College Act provides that each Illinois Community College shall
elect one student to the Board for a one-year term. The Student Trustee attends board
meetings each month and has an advisory vote on all action items. The vote for the
Student Trustee position takes place every April during Student Government Elections.
The elected representative will report to their first meeting in May.

The Kishwaukee College Men’s Basketball Team, Men’s Bowling Team and Women’s Bowling Team each wrapped up successful seasons filled with individual accolades and team accomplishments.
Andy Sullivan, DeKalb County Sheriff, was awarded the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Award by the Kishwaukee College Foundation. The award honors established alumni who have demonstrated service or outstanding contributions within the Kish community.
