Everyone's journey is different. Adult education offers classes, programs and services
to assist with improving basic skills, preparing for a high school equivalency credential
and developing fluency in English.
Our adult education classes help people develop English skills or prepare to take
the official tests to earn their Illinois High School Diploma, such as the GED®. These are free, noncredit classes for people 16 years of age and older.
NOTE: Starting Thursday, Aug. 1, Adult Education & Transition Services is moving to the
A1200 wing. You can find us from Parking Lot A, Door 16, in Office A1227.
